I need pitching, I have Cantu and Giambi on my bench, Thome at UTIL, should I make this trade?

yes. Giambi and Thome are basically the same player, so you only need the one, so if the guy will send you Lilly, then take it.

Definitely do it. Lilly is a nice reliable guy to have on your staff and it looks like you have decent replacements for Thome.
