Yahoo! winners league, 12 team roto:
Should I start Cabrera, make a move now, or just see how things shake out? Should I deal SB's or SP?
Other than my gaping hole at SS, I love this team, so I'm unsure whether I should make a deal right away.

I'd rather go Greene than start Cabrera, since Green does much better away from San Diego.
You could pair Green with Milton Bradley and try to upgrade like that, but otherwise you're not in bad shape.

Greene's not a bad SS sleeper pick. He will be playing in a hitter friendly park for the first time in his career. I expect his average to be around .260 with 20-25 HR's. To me, that's fine to get stuck with at SS. Particularly since that is the weakest part of your team.
