Well considering you have no relievers, that might be a start. Though I'd see if some big-name closers are available. I just picked up Frank Francisco off waivers in my league. He's a K machine if he's available and should get some decent SVs.
What relievers do you have available in your league?

Ok, I personally would pick up Gregg (see if Marmol's available too, though I doubt it, CL role for the Cubs is still up in the air), Kuo, Sherrill (if you pick him up, also see if Chris Ray is available...he should eventually get the closer's role, even if he rides your bench for a while) and Capps. You've got some good opportunities on your waiver wire. Masterson could be an interesting pickup too, but I'd probably wait to see what the Sox plan on doing with him. Good luck!

If Matt Capps is actually available, I'd jump on that.

Pick up Gregg and Capps, they both easily end up with 30 saves.

And keep looking to balance out your hitters you need to move some of the Sox so you don't slump when the team slumps
