MARK TEAHEN is a beast

Putting up an epic spring and flying off waiver wires everywhere, Is this guy for real. We saw a little flash of him a couple years ago. Anyone think this could spill into the season?

He had a good September last year, but even then he struckout way too much for me. I am in a league where batter K's count against me, so that is a big minus. Also, players that strikeout a lot tend to be inconsistent, they will go into funks that are hard to weather.

if Teahen ends up being the starting 2B into the season, where will he hit in the batting order?
i havnt been watching, but i just noticed todays boxscore has him 3rd after Crisp/DeJesus and before Guillen/Jacobs/Gordon. if hes batting 3rd he could have some good numbers.
im thinking of dropping Daniel Murphy for Teahen.

as a major leaguer I like Teahen, but in fantasy world he is irritating, he would be good on the bench

Help with mine?

Teahen hits another HR. 7HR this spring with limited playing time. Pretty impressive.

Had a good chuckle when I read this post. Teahen is a good utility player in real life, but for fantasy purposes he is NOT a beast. I root for him because he went to high school with my oldest two sons.
But, unless I'm playing in an 16 team league or larger, I will not have him on my squad.

I am happy to see him having a good spring though.

Polanco has 3 HR this spring and is batting .206. Talk about skewed perspective. VIVA TEAHEN!
