Hanley not happy, wants to be traded??

There is a yahoo article that says Fredi gonzalez made ramirez lose his chain and cut his dreads and said he wants his players to look professional...hanley flipped saying he wants to be traded and hes pisssed. What is to think of this? some think his poor average is because he is unhappy
