I'm thinking of trading Rollins to improve my SP (WHIR)

I'm thinking of trading Rollins to boost my starting pitching...

I'd love to get at least a #1 pitcher and possibly get them to throw in their SS.

I think trading with A is a great fit for both of your teams. A is stacked in pitching and could do better (though no worse) at SS. Either Lincecum or Johan should do for Rollins and don't expect any less. The problem is it's harder to replace Rollins than it is in pitching. I still see Lackey, Wainwright, and Harang as a good starting three, with Weaver and Carmona good bets to outproduce last year's numbers.

If you really want an ace, I'd rather deal from strength and try to aim for Halladay with say, Markakis.

i'd try to get halladay and lowrie from team a for rollins. i don't think you can get santana or lincecum. i like lowrie's potential, plus he's eligible for other positions.
