For the last week Bonifacio has been batting leadoff.
It seems it may go Bonifacio Maybin HRam Cantu Uggla
Baker may bat 2nd instead of Maybin. If that happened then not sure where Maybin would bat.
Bonifacio with 2b/3b eligibilty, batting leadoff, and sb potential; he's a huge sleeper who has come out of now where. Lenny Melnick talked him up about him in his podcast weeks ago. Go Melnick

havok, you claim he's got power, but from his minor league stats, he's never shown much power? you say he's hit for power in the winter leagues, (how many HRs?) but are you putting more stock in that than the large sample size of virtually no power in the past?
I said it wouldn't happen and you were right. But other than defense and a powerless .330 OBP (that might be optimistic) I don't see him offering a lot in real baseball.
I would rather have Casilla by a fair margin. He showed similar speed in the minors and also showed an ability to hit for avg and maintain decent K and BB rates. And has a much firmer hold on the starting spot.
Gload is owed $2M so you have to assume he'll play at least part-time at 1B which to me means Cantu is going to play part-time at 3B and Bonifacio is going to lose ABs with this trade.
