Was Offered V.Mart for Lester WHIR

I was offered V.Martinez for J.Lester. I would then be able to use V.Mart at 1B or C depending on Mauers health. My only concern is that it is a 14 team league so the pitching is pretty thin. Any advice?

Too much risk in V-Mart, and your team needs Lester.

I would just take my chances with Mauer right now. And as for using him as a 1B, he loses quite a bit of value there and isn't more valuable than LaRoche.
