Not sure if this is still a live issue, but there's a less nefarious explanation. Your commish probably initially set up a random order, and then entered your custom order in the first round assuming this would carry over into all the following rounds. I thought the commish tools were great, but they definitely took some getting used to.

That's what it sounds like to me, ramble. It's good to get some feedback from someone with some familiarity with the tool. I'm pretty sure she never intended to set up that original random order; have no clue how that happened. Thanks for your thoughts.

I can definitely see how the commish could have gotten confused, yes. I think any time you add this sort of advanced functionality, it is hard to do so in a way that is perfectly clear to everyone. Obviously we thought we did the best we could, but there is certainly room for a commish to get confused and do what yours did.
