Just in! Felix for Tulo etc? opinions?

Ok,
This is just in:

Give: Felix Hernandez, Delgado
Get: Votto and Tulowitzki

What do you guys think? SS was a gaping hole for me and though delgado is in a contract year, I always like youth.

I like it. Obvious upgrade at SS, and Votto is primed for a nice season.

You take a hit at SP, and if you didn't have Timmay it would be a no. The balance of your offense screams a need for a power upgrade, and Tulo fits that nicely.

I really like this. Felix is a stud, but more so in keepers. Guzman's a nice backup SS, but this gives you a really nice hitter there instead. And Delgado's going to tail off quickly--remember how bad he looked a couple of years ago? Everyone's convinced that was injury based, but he's 36, no? What's to stop him from being injured again as he ages and declines?

Very nice score.

Like the trade for you as well. Weakens your pitching a bit but still looks good enough for H2H.

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
