Got to love the headlines on that one. Shamwow guy "beats up hooker" -- not "attacked by hooker" and he did get arrested, but it seems like the prosecutors won't pursue it. I know this might bring out the "never hit a girl" thing, but honestly, that to me screams self defense. Yuck, can't imagine how that would feel, but I know it ain't good.
