Is this a keeper/dynasty? In either case, I think you're giving up quite a bit. I see Hamilton being the best player in the deal, but don't be surprised if you're just getting Morneau-like production out of him. Dealing either Kemp or Morneau on the side for Cantu/Justin Upton sounds a bit on the cheap side.

Yeah. I think I agree here. Upton could breakout, but he could also struggle again. Cantu can repeat the nice season, but remember 2006? I'd be much more confident going into the season with Kemp and Morneau than Hamilton/Upton/Cantu.

I don't do it. I tried trading for Cantu as a buy low in my league for most of the first half of 2006. Thank goodness I failed.

Could you try to pry Upton from him for a lot less? The breakout's coming, folks.

Do you guys think I should counter offer and takeout Cantu and put in a better player? Or just reject the offer and forget about it?

If you are looking to trade, try upgrading your catching...maybe soto and hamilton for kemp and morneau.

Can't help but notice he has Milledge wasting away on the bench there... I would definitely try to include him in any offer... Maybe replace Cantu and Upton with Huff and Milledge... Then I'd do it. You might have to give up a tad bit more to make that happen.

I would have to give him a catcher back then. Which catcher would you offer from my catchers?
