This according to Rotoworld, if this is what you are looking for:

After reviewing the results of an ultrasound, Diamondbacks trainers have concluded that Stephen Drew's abdominal strain is not serious.
"He checked out well," manager Bob Melvin said. "No issues, they did an ultrasound and it’s nothing to worry about, whatever he can tolerate." Melvin said there's a chance Drew could return to the lineup Saturday. Mar. 27 - 6:54 pm et

If your deciding on Tulo and Drew in a draft, I'd go Tulo. Abdominal injuries have a tendency to linger without the player hitting the DL. Both should be drafted in the same round, and Tulo is tearing it up in spring training and looks to be back from his injury problems. Meanwhile the genes of the drew family seem to be haunting Stephen Drew.

Tearing up ST? .277 OBP? .364 SLG? .227 AVG? Good grief.

Hmm, ultrasound, "abdominal strain;" hopefully Drew being pregnant will not effect his playing time down the stretch. Knock him down a few sb over the second half just to be safe.

Good news! Stephen Drew just gave birth to his baby!

- However, while passing through the birth canal,
the baby injured his collarbone will be out 2-3 weeks.

Fantasy Analysis: It looks like Stephen Jr. will miss the beginning of the Safety Swim Season. Fantasy Safety Swim Leaguers, draft accordingly.
