I would say your hitting should be pretty solid, except for the obvious risks by having Dunn implode a team's average or Matsui crumbling into a bunch of mini injured pieces.

The pitching is what I would focus on.
Haren is about as solid as they come, with great Ks, and everyone knows the force Lackey could be again this year.
However, I think your biggest holes are in pitching.
Carp is dominant, but his health is a concern. It will either be a huge success you have him, or a huge bust...I doubt it will fall anywhere between.
Dice K loves to put men on base, which should catch up, Scherzer is a gamble. Maholm I think will be a solid 5th starter on your team, and should repeat the #s he had last year.

You have a great closer in Nathan, but Ryan is a huge injury risk, and reports of Accardo getting some saves are already coming out. Injuries have also been following Lindstrom around.

All in all I think your hitting > your pitching, but even with that being said your pitching has a huge amount of potential just with a lot of risk.
Keep an eye on the free agent wire and keep posted on injuries for I think that will make or break your team.

Offense is solid. only real weak spot is Matsui at util. Just a big injury risk and he's getting on in years. I guess there is still a chance that he posts decent numbers in that Yanks lineup this year though.

You're pitching will be decent if your guys can stay off the DL. Johnson,Carp,BJ Ryan are all coming off surgerys. while lackey was hurt last year and scherzer's had some problems this spring already.

id look to shore up your pitching with a more reliable starter and hope a few of your other guys stay healthy.
