Baseball Monster has finally update with projections. Can't vouch for the accuracy of their projections, but I haven't seen anything as customizable. Good stuff for unusual league settings.

Just checked and I noticed they still haven't added pitcher projections (they were supposed to last week). It says they'll be up at noon tomorrow. Hope that's not too late, and good luck!
