RP carousel - who to keep/drop/add?

I'm in a 10 team H2H league w/ the usual scoring categories for pitchers.

Here are the RPs I currently have:
J. Soria, C. Marmol, J. Devine

Marmol's crapping the bed this spring, and Devine may split time w/ Ziegler, so what's a manager to do? Here are some of the options available as FAs:
F. Francisco, K. Gregg, B. Ziegler, G. Sherrill/C. Ray, B. Lyon/F. Rodney

Thoughts? Don't know if I should snag Francisco since it's his job to lose and/or take Gregg since it looks like he'll get the initial nod and could provide saves from the get-go.

that's a horrible starting staff for a 10 team league

with that said I think you have to at least go with Francisco

Would you hang on to Marmol or Devine and add another arm, or drop them in favor of someone who's locked into the role?

Drop Ollie Perez for Francisco ASAP. No reason for him to be on the WW.
