Braun for Sizemore...straight up...WHIR!

I have been offered Sizemore for Braun (straight up mo add-ons). Is the deal worth it. I made a trade yesterday that upgraded my power (Ortiz & Quentin) but in return I lost speed (Ellsbury). But I have now been offered Sizemore. I think I am going to take it but wanted to get soem advice and opions from others.
