Hey guys,

My team is below and I have the opportunity to trade Braun for Sizemore if I want. I have a fair bit of power in Mcab, Howard, Delgado etc but then again I have decent steals in Reyes etc. I also have taveras but hes a bench guys.

Who fits my team better?

It is really an even trade. You really don't gain excpet for steals but you said you are good with that. I have Braun rank #1outfileder and Sizemore rank a very close #2. Although Braun's back has been acting up in spring training and he just got an MRI that came back negative. So in that case you may want to do it to be safe.

Please help me!

To me it looks like you have plenty of power and could use a little more speed. You lose a few HR but gain about 25 SB. I would make the trade considering your current line-up.
