Drop Wandy or Buehrle for Harang? WHIR

Someone dropped Aaron Harang in my league. The 2 most droppable pitchers I have are Wandy Rodriguez and Mark Buehrle, should I drop either for Harang?

I think you drop Buehrle for Harang. Wandy's got so much upside, and I think Harang will be very solid, and much, much better than Buehrle.
