When to take Arod?

With Arods injury, how much does that devalue him? When should he be taken in astandard roto league?

I'd still take him late second, early third round.

I do not really know when he should be taken, depends on when he gets back and how effective he is on his return. That said I can tell you that in 1 H2H league I took him in the 4th round. I have seen him go in the 2nd and 1st also. The 1st round pick was an autodraft, so someone probably didn't set their pre-rankings. The only roto league I am in is a keeper league, so can't really tell by that. But if you think he will still put up 25 hr 85 r and 85 rbi then draft according to those numbers. Just make sure you have a viable filler until he does return. I hope this helped. Just remember, think about what numbers you think he will produce and then place him among the other people that will put up similar numbers, maybe actually a tiny bit higher as he will put those numbers up in a shorter time span.

I would value Arod more in a H2H league where he can be a beast down the stretch of the regular season/playoffs. If you can compensate for his missing a month or two, I would take him at the end of the second round or early third.

It's tough to judge. If everyone in the league is drafting live, it's easier to figure it out as the 1st/2nd progress. If someone's on auto-draft, you never know.

In my 12 team, no bench league with 3B, CI and Util, he went in Rd 4, Pick 8. That's 44th overall. I had the 12th pick that round and was hoping he'd fall to me...
