Dye for average/steals...DYE FOR RIOS? WHIR

I am in a 12 team mixed 5x5 roto league. My team is stocked with power and good pitching, however I could use a guy who will help me with steals and batting average. Please, take a look at my team and give me some possible trade ideas. I would like to land Ichiro, Brian Roberts, Kemp, Victorino, Rios, Markakis, and if I have to i'd take Figgins or Damon. I would condiser dealing Jermaine Dye, or any of my starters besides Hamels and Billingsley (alone or packaged.) I think one move could really help me out.

What format?

I'd always trade almost any pitcher (short of J. Santana, Sabathia, Lincecum) for good/great hitters. But, in order to get good/great hitters, you need to offer anyone on your staff, IMO. Try to get Roberts or Phillips at 2B, or Kemp in the OF. Good luck!
