Updates? Pavano and Colon

Hey all i know its been a while since ive heard about these guys and noticed they both turned in a couple pretty good games yesterday... now i know its on the spring and we haven't heard anything from these guys in a couple years now, but any chance they do something worth noticing with their new teams? notice colon went 4.1IP with no runs aloud and didn't see how Pavano did IP wise but if im not mistaken he went scoreless, did give up 7 hits i believe but anyone think they can both stay healthy enough to even have us predict what they will do this season?

The thing about Pavano is that his contract is heavily incentive based so that should keep him motivated, and actually have to pitch to earn his money which may be foreign to him, but might give him a huge motivation factor to pitch well....

i think both are decent pickups.. not cy stuff, but maybe semi-valuable pitchers ala 08 jamie moyer ... colon could be interesting, he got some of his velocity back and hit 90 the other day ...also if your one of those that play 10-team leagues and think moyer sucks, leave this thread now b/c this is too manly a topic for you
