I hear Barcelona is coming to town at the Rose Bowl in a friendly against the LA Galaxy. Barca were here 3 years ago and it was fantastic. I even visited the training ground (my alma mater) and met the players. Awesome.

It seemed like eons when the Barcelona Dragons played on Espanyol's pitch (Espanyol is the "other" team in Barcelona).
As for the World Football Challenge, I might look into going to Chelsea/Inter, but that's only because Jose Mourinho is managing against Chelsea for the first time. Too bad neither play very creative football though on top of the fact it's just an exhibition.

A few years ago I went to a Santos vs Sporting CP exhibition match at the Rogers Centre and I don't think I recognized a single player on either side. Liedson didn't even make the trip.
If any of the big European clubs ever come to Toronto again, I'm only going to the game if they play some of their star players at least a half. If I want to watch amateurs, I can just go to a Toronto FC match.
