Just looking for constructive criticism, not looking to get just a "your team sucks, please rate my team". Lots of Rays because I'm a fan, but didn't make any stupid draft picks due to my die-hardness. Will definietly WHIR!

There are 10 people in the league, it's a public league but my brother and dad are in it. The 3-5 others seem to all know each other in real life, so it should be a pretty active league.
