What is best site for up to date rosters?

What is the best site everyone uses for up to date rosters? Our draft is this weekend and if we draft someone who does not make the team we lose them.

Your league should have an official source. We use mlb.com which is a pretty safe source. And the transaction page there is our official source for when players are sent down or brought up.
