I just made a deal where i gave up Joakim Soria, Chris R. Young, and Javier Vazquez for Bengie Molina, Ricky Nolasco, and Matt Garza. Who got the better end of the deal? My team now looks like this. Where do I need to upgrade?

Well I like Soria but in your league you don't count K or ERA so a ton of his value is dimished. I like this deal for you. I think the upgrade you get in SP as well as the assurance at C is worth losing Soria.

You've got a solid pitching staff and you have a great SS combination with Hardy and Furcal, so no worries there. Your OF should be okay with Adam Jones to sub in for some steals and I think Pence is a solid player that should post some decent numbers this year. The only upgrade I can see is 1B. I'm not sold on Votto yet, so if there is a decent 1B FA out there, I would grab him just incase. O, and I believe you got the better deal. Hope this helps.

As for the deal, you may have given up to much, BUT as was mentioned you dont count K or ERA, so value is lower.
