Who should I drop. WHIR

I've been thinking about picking up Motte because I need another closer, but I'm having trouble with who I should drop. I have both Arod and Mauer who both most likely will be on the DL and then I'll have a free pickup. Here are my pitchers:

Tim Lincecum
Roy Halladay
Scott Kazmir
Joba Chamerlain
Yovanni Gallardo
Clayton Kershaw
Eric Bedard
Joe Nathan
Max Scherzer

My two worst bench players are Konerko and Maybin. I already have Pujols and Delgado and a pretty solid OF, should I drop either Konerko or Maybin instead?

Or should I just wait for my free pickups? I really like Motte.

Well Motte is a hot commodity right now, Joba doesnt have a definate role but to valubale to drop I would trade him, Konerko would be my choice but would possibly get picked up quick, so he is trade bait as well. Maybin is under the Radar so i would drop him for Motte, then reaquire him when your free pick up come up.
