Penny, he will get the wins, and Escobar is a injury/inconstency concern

Pick up Escobar, DL him as soon as you can, and grab Penny - put off the final decision 'till later. ;-D
If you're into making quick decisions, make it Kelvim. ;-D

Just read on Yahoo that Escobar threw 34 pitches today 18 for strikes and was hitting 95mph. Also said he may be back at the end of April. I'd take a risk on him and then you can always DL him, I think Penny is going to be in for a rude awakening in the AL East.

I think if Kelvim pitches he'll be good.. don't have a lot of faith in Penny
