Penny, he will get the wins, and Escobar is a injury/inconstency concern

Pick up Escobar, DL him as soon as you can, and grab Penny - put off the final decision 'till later.
If you're into making quick decisions, make it Kelvim.

Just read on Yahoo that Escobar threw 34 pitches today 18 for strikes and was hitting 95mph. Also said he may be back at the end of April. I'd take a risk on him and then you can always DL him, I think Penny is going to be in for a rude awakening in the AL East.

I think if Kelvim pitches he'll be good.. don't have a lot of faith in Penny
