I just finished a 10 team draft and I feel that my team is a bit light in the OF and SP. There are some good young arms that were not drafted. I am serously considering dropping either M. Garza and/or J. Vazquez for Clayton Kershaw or K. Slowey. Should I stay put and see how the beginning of the season goes or should I get Kershaw while I can?
My current rotation: T. Lincecum, C. Billingsley, R. Harden, J. Vazquez, M. Garza

you've got enough Ks. Drop Vazzy for Slowey.

My league is a head to head points league. We do not have any rotisserie settings. So I just need the pitchers that are going to score me the most points (innings pitched, Ks, W, etc.). I was really thinking Kershaw, but now you guys have me looking at slowey. All the mags have Garza in front, but I trust the cafe more.

It would be INSANE to drop Javier in this league, or in any for that matter. If you have too many K's then trade him. The value is there, and he is in the NL this year. I would drop Garza for either of those pitchers you listed, but for 09 my preference is Slowley over Kershaw. I repeat, DO NOT drop Vazquez.
