I am in a weird Yahoo league 5 team 8x8 H2H Min Innings 37

It looks like I am going to be 4th pick, how should I go about it?

You can even go with Halladay who throws a bunch of IP and comple games.

Relievers are devalued to point that I wouldn't take one 'till my last 2 picks.

I know the 3 pitchers I want is CC, Halladay and Santana, and I thin Ian Kinsler, Matt Kemp and Corey Hart have more value then say Josh Hamilton, Chris Davis, or even Miguel Cabrera
