I wouyldnt even though McCann looks better than Napoli, one you give up good HR's and BA with Cabrera that you need with AROD health issues and Davis not being established yet, plus Capps is the only established closer you have.

id take that deal if you can grab a closer off the wire. cabrera is better than morneau but mccann vs napoli is pretty significant and enough to prob encourage me to take the deal. Morneau and Cabrera will be close in runs, sbs and rbis and if morneau can return to 30+ hrs there might not be a huge difference there either.
