Smoltz, when is he going to be DL eligible in CBS leagues?

Drafted him as my last pick and want to stash him on the DL, but CBS doesn't have him DL'able.

CBS or Yahoo won't make him DL eligible until he is put on DL by his team. Usually a day or so before season begins.
