What is in your Cheat Sheet?

Postby WillieJay » Mon Mar 23, 2009 6:01 pm

Do you have additional columns for your auction value cheat sheet other than values or player rankings? What other things do you bring to your live draft? Usually I bring a cheat sheet, a blank roster sheet, and a baseball magazine.

Generally any cheat sheet I have will have at least last year's stats on it for each player, next to them ranked, as well as some form of ADP figure.

Ideally I have the player, ADP, last year's stats and a projection for this year. I also have the players for each position grouped into tiers and a top 100 or 150 overall list.

I have a tiered ranking for each postition. A MDP list to 250 and a few target players I would like and the rounds I am willing to draft them.

good luck

Mostly what's already been said: list of names according to my ranking, last years stats, ADP. I break my list down into tiers. For Yahoo, I'll list their-O-rank (since that's the default ranking when you go into the draft room). I also like to have little notes by some players ("injury concern", "will start in minors", "bounce-back candidate", "breakout candidate", "closer job in jeopardy" ... stuff like that).
