looks fine, although I would try to improve on closers. you could easily deal away one of your starters (maybe Webb, Washburn, Harden, Hampton ) -you dont need 8 of them- for a proven closer.
there lies your weakness. Nen is still not ready, and staying healthy for a full season is no guarantee. Mantei also is an injury risk and Chacon is playing at coors field...so that could turn out very bad, but you have enough trade value to fill this hole!

starting pitching is good, hitting is quite weak for an 8 team league. That may have been intentional with the way your pitching looks. I would try to improve your offense a bit. I like patterson in the of but I dont like the other two guys. Luis you should be able to trade with someone else for an upgrade there. Good luck

Hmm, i was thinkin in the draft that i shouldnt waste my top picks to OF's because all the good ones were taken early. I took my infield first, then my starters then my closers. I saw some good OF's but i thought they were not good enough for a 4th or 5th rounder.

Should I trade for a top closer or a top OF?
Maybe Lowell and a pitcher for an OF or Closer? Beltran or Foulke?

Thanks

Well, I would not trade Lowell and a pitcher. One or the other and go for a closer. Matei should be fine, but Nen may not pitch much this year. I might look to get rid of him if someone is interested. Teixeira needs to be starting.

also one thing to be aware of is your outfield and how they are all injury prone at least somewhat. perhaps trade one or two of them for equal players who pose less of a risk... but nice roster anyways...

One of the managers offered me a trade:

I get Sheffield and L. Castillo

I give B. Boone and Teixeira

What are your thoughts on this one? should I pull the trigger or I should trade away my OF or Lowell instead of Boone?
