What # pick would you choose?

Postby Wyatt » Mon Mar 23, 2009 3:44 pm

In a 12 tm league it's my turn to choose my draft position. Pick #1 has been taken. It's a sepertine draft. Any thoughts on choosing?

Would it be better to take the 2nd pick & choose one of the top 3 players or a later pick & get 2 quality starters to begin with.

David Wright
Albert Pujols
Hanley Ramirez

Thanks
Wyatt

#2

The first 5 picks or so always bring in the most value. In a 14 team league when I ran numbers I came up with something like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 9, 14, 10 or something like that when i ran the numbers last year assuming all my players were just drafted in order.

Take the highest pick. If you don't want it then offer a trade with someone who might.
