I'm wondering what your starting lineups look like for a H2H league with daily lineup changes? We've always done weekly lineups with the following starting lineup:
C 1B 2B SS 3B OF, OF, OF Util, Util
SP, SP, SP, SP RP, RP P, P
We're looking at switching to daily lineups, but I don't think what we have now is the best way to go. Looking to see what others use.
We use the following lineup for our 12 team daily, H2H league:
C 1B 2B SS 3B OF OF OF Util
SP SP RP RP P P P
4 bench slots & 2 DL
Works well for our league. We also instituted an anit-churning rule enforced by the commish: When a team picks up a player from FA wire, they must keep that player for the day of the pickup plus 3 days. So, if I pick up a player on Monday, I can't drop that player until Friday. Violators are subject to having their roster frozen for one week.

Our pitching lineup looks a little funky b/c we have holds as a pitching category, so we wanted to make sure there was a place to play them that wasn't at the expense of a spot for your SP's.
Here's to you, Mr. Robinson. Jesus loves you more than you Cano.
Assuming it's a 12-team league, all of the setups listed above are a little shallow for my taste... If you're looking for something a little more challenging...
C 1B 2B 3B SS CI MI OF x5 UTIL
SP x5 RP x4 P x2
Bench x5 DL x3
That's what we do in my league and it works pretty well... Keeps everything at a nice depth...
