holds, who would you rank

I am in a pitchers only league and we have the draft this week. Who would you target for holds, and is there a ranking/projections list somewhere in Fantasy Baseball Land.

Off the top of my head, I'd definitely want Kuo from the Dodgers

Edit: Now, with a bit more thinking. Shields of the Angels, Ziegler of the A's (who I expect to be a holds/saves hybrid with Joey Devine's injury track record) & Saito/Okajima for the Red Sox.

I was wondering about this earlier today as well. I just picked up Balfour from the FA pool in my league because we have ERA, WHIP, K/BB, K/9 among other stat cats in consideration, and I think Grant had some pretty impressive numbers across the board.

He had slightly less innings (58.1) last year than many other middle RPs of his ability level, and I was wondering if perhaps he missed some time last season to account for the slightly lower number, or is the TB pen flooded with enough arms that he simply wasn't needed as much. To me, if I have a middle reliever with a 1.54 era and a sub 1 WHIP, I would have him pitching more than 58 innings. Does anyone know anything about Balfour or where he may rank among the middle relievers?
