Pitcher Slots

I'm in a 12 team auction keeper league. There are 12 hitter spots and 8 Pitcher spots (All P). It's 5 x 5 and we can only make 3 drops a year, so streaming isn't an option. How would you recommend breaking down starters and closers among those 8 spots. I have 6 SP and 2 RP. Help would be appreciated.
