Best available OF

My league draft is tonight and I'm picking at #12 (serpentine) in a 12 team league. I've done 7 or 8 mocks and haven't gotten an OF with my first two picks yet (#12/#13) so I've tried to get get one the next time the draft wraps back around to me (#36/#37) as long as they are among the best few players available for the pick.

Here are some guys that have been available at that spot in some mocks (in order of FBB Cafe positional rankings):

Quentin
Kemp
Markakis
Bay
Rios

Anyone disagree with that order of ranking? Everyone think all the guys listed would be worth the #36 or #37 pick?

Most commonly Bay and Rios are available there with the others on the list being gone. Who do you like out of those two and why? If Kemp is there is he the clear choice over Bay or Rios?

Bay > Kemp > Rios is how I have them ranked. Bay and Kemp are close IMO but I never have liked Rios. He isn't going to hurt you in any category but he isn't going to be able to carry you like Bay or Kemp.

Young and coming into his second full season. He will have Manny behind him or infront for the whole season.

for me it depends on who you draft 1 and 2. you going for power or speed?
