I'm 1st on the Waiver Wire in my league and David Price is available. Should I burn the #1 for him or sit tight and hope he's still there when he clears? This is a standard 5x5 H2H non-keeper league.
My current pitching staff is as follows:
SP: Becket, Santana, Volquez, Garza, Baker, Weaver, Maine, Perez
RP: Fuentes, Gonzalez, Motte
I'd drop Perez for Price.

Wait for him to clear - if someone else wants to burn their priority to pick up a guy that will be in the minors for some undetermined amount of time - let them.
I'd grab him when he cleared though

He wont clear waivers, but I wouldnt burn that pick for someone that isnt a sure thing to help you for awhile. Obviously if this was a keeper league, I would have a different answer.
