Another Major Trade offer whir Need an answer FAST

Postby Yanks_Baby » Sun Mar 22, 2009 6:43 pm

12 Team Yahoo Roto. 6x6. We use Net SB's and Net SAves/ Extra Cats are TB's and losses
Batters
C: Victor Martinez (C,1B)
1B: Joey Votto (1B)
2B: Ian Kinsler (2B)
3B: Garrett Atkins (1B,3B)
SS: Troy Tulowitzki (SS)
OF: Josh Hamilton (OF), Matt Kemp (OF), Vernon Wells (OF)
Util: Justin Upton (OF), Howie Kendrick (2B)
BN: Travis Snider (OF)

Pitchers
SP: Jake Peavy (SP), Roy Oswalt (SP), Matt Cain (SP)
RP: Joakim Soria (RP), Frank Francisco (RP)
P: Ubaldo Jimenez (SP), Chris Perez (RP)
BN: Josh Johnson (SP), Clayton Kershaw (SP), Jordan Zimmermann (SP) NA, Wandy Rodriguez (SP)

Do I trade Atkins and Wells for Aramis Ramirez and Joey Devine. I'd then drop Perez and pick up Cameron Maybin or Andrus or someone to make up for the steals I'd lose in Wells.

What do you guys thin k. I need an answer ASAP. WHIR.

I would then drop wandy for another outfielder as well, and go with Maybin, I don't see you playing Andrus with Tulowitzki he will get some steals but I expect at the most a .260 ba

Help out with mine?

im an atkins guy, but you do the deal...v wells isnt the guy he was a few years ago and i dont think he'll put up good SB numbers for you...i wouldnt drop perez outright, maybe try and trade him for a cheap source of SBs, and id go with maybin, i think he puts up better overall numbers

I also really like Daniel Murphey of the Mets. Would you guys still say MAybin is the one to pick up?

And Jonathon Sanchez was dropped. I love his K's, and I'm considering dropping Wandy for him, but Wanfy just keeps getting better.

alot of major scouts where suprised by Youks hr's he is a line drive hitter who should average 15-20hrs Ramirez will get you 30, but BA and walks go to Youk, pitchers like Kuroda and Maholm will help your WHIP and ERA

Ok I accepted the trade for Ramirez. I need a closer and could use some power. This seems to suit my needs perfectly.

What do you guys think?
