Who would you rather have (Manny Ramirez, or Nick Markakis, Nate McLouth) in this scoring format right now? Long-term? Why?

(To answer the commonly mentioned "if you're contending ___ /rebuilding ____" question, this team is an annual contender with my keeper-caliber position players still being young enough to have me contending for a while. Whoever I hang onto is essentially a luxury from both a statistical point of view and as potential tradebait. I want to keep the most valuable/attractive of the 3.)
I'll echo the same answer as some stated already. I'd go with Manny for the near term, Markakis beyond that (give or take 3 years). Markakis has the littlest downside between the two, but I think it'll take him a year or two to realize the 30 HR potential some are quick to laud on him. I also don't think he steals any more than 15 bases for him to become a power/speed threat as some peg him as. Manny is a certainty to mash 35 homeruns, but realize he's at an age where the minor nagging injuries could factor in. He's aged well, given that he doesn't necessarily go the extra mile in his defense, but those minor nicks can appear when he's hitting or running too at his age.
As for McLouth, I'd still take either Markakis or Manny over him.
