I'm thinking of going after him in my keeper auction tomorrow. He's 21 but has great poise and did very well in his debut last year. This little article from the Dodgers' MLB page is pretty cool, says he's developing a change-up in Spring Training that will hopefully make him unhittable.
I'm curious as to other people's opinions too, I didn't actually see him pitch last year although I saw the Youtube video that was going around before he came into the bigs. Ron Shandler projects him to go 10-8 with 3.78 ERA and 1.27 WHIP, 174 IP/161 K and says "only injuries can keep him from greatness."

Extremely talented and one of the top young pitchers in the game. Shows good maturity for a player his age. Has the skills and plus pitches to thrive already, but minor control issues and inconsistencies/inexperience will hold him back him the near term.
Pay up for him in keeper leagues but temper your expectations in redraft leagues.

Stealing him 250th overall added some nice depth to my pitching
I think Kershaw will be more decent than your average spot starter, but he's a year or two away from taking that next step. All of his offerings (including his developing changeup) are very good for a pitcher his age, but his pitch inefficiency figures to be an issue. FWIW, this is what he did last September:
28.2 IP, 3.45 ERA, 1.19 WHIP, 29 K
Kershaw's upside alone even in a redraft merits where he's taken (16th round more or less), but preferably as a #4-5 starter.

Agree with both of the above. Has a very good chance to at least be a back of the rotation fantasy starter and has more upside than many of the other #4SPs in the league.
Got him on every team. Expecting a k per inning and decent WHIP. The defense behind him is very good and he will get some run support as well. Love his stuff.
