Especially in an auction. He is a 3 tool guy that will go for way more than he should. I see $20 year after year and I would rather have a $2 Fred Lewis than $20 Ichiro.

Call him up early in all auctions and you will see 2 guys battle it out and waste $$$.

Auction is soon, I would love to hear who and why your sleepers may be.

You've got a point except for how every year he earns more than that $20. I mean even last year, his worst statistically in the last several seasons, he was still a top 30 player.

Almost 700 AB worth of .310+ average is extremely valuable. He is a negative in HR, RBI so I generally don't like to draft him but as long as he keeps hitting over .310 and staying healthy Ichiro is fine. First year he has an extra cold streak and hits .290 though he loses most of his value.

I really like both Ryan Braun and Chris Young.
I expect one to duplicate his 2008 performance at the plate and probably steal an extra 5 bags to go along with it. The other I think has a strong shot at getting his ERA and WHIP down to a level that is very valuable to fantasy teams.
