New Salary Cap Dynasty League looking for owners

I have been looking for a salary cap league on the boards for a while now since I couldn't find one I started my own. Its a 16 team H2H 5x5 salary cap, contract league. The draft will be done on proboards and I need to find owners in the next few days so that I can finally get the league I have been looking for.
