I hate when you draft a team and then look at it and say damn what did I just do lol, your SP look great but could use another closer, Offense is okay but I would trade Drew for a closer and use Konerko in Utility

^ NOTE! That has to mean JD, not Stephen. MI positions are probably pretty well picked over, so hold on to Stephen (and look out for good 2b/ss).
You could def use another closer, but (as always with closers) one'll pop up, don't trade anything too valuable. JD would be fine, if he'd get you anything. (Nice player when he's healthy, I'm not knocking the pick.) Watch the Mariners closer gig -- whoever gets it may well be unowned now.
I'd probably drop Beltre for an upside or steals guy. Beltre's okay as a fill-in, but Gordon/Konerko should be fine for the util spot, with Gordon serving as the backup at 3b. If Morales, Maybin, Crisp, Hermida, Stewart, or Lewis are available, I'd make the switch (probably some others, too, those are just the first ones that came to mind.
Overall, you loaded up on pitching, which is a legit strategy. That's going to make yr offense a little weaker than usual, but imo you did a pretty good job there, given the strategy. Not a bad team at all.
LOL yes I mean JD Drew, sorry, I definately would trade off Beltre, Gordon should put up similar power numbers adn BA this season to Beltre and would have more SB's, but Beltre is more valuable so you will ge more for him, I would prbably package Beltre, Dempster for a Closer and speedy Bench Outfielder
Obviously, your pitching is ridiculous. I would definitely trade one of your top starters and grab a big bat from someone who is weak in pitching. My suggestion is to trade away Cole Hamels due to the injury risk. Maybe get a power bat at first like Gonzalez or Morneau if you can.

I agree, hamels is having elbow isssues, which could lead to some major problems, probably from him hitting the Media circuit too much and not conditioning well in the offseason, but anyway you could get a great bat, more likely a 1B like Adrian Gonzalez or Justin Morneau
