How to create a deep keeper league with a "minors" system.

So I've long been interested in starting a league that would involve a fair amount of prospects, like a minor league system, with a separate draft and everything for them.

What hosts have this kind of set up, and can anyone offer me advice on starting one up? Ideally, I'd like as much flexibility in rules and setup as possible.

I only play on CBS and occasionally on Yahoo so that's all I know about, which is to say there may be others.

On CBS they have minor-league slots on your roster so you can draft players and have them showing on your team.
0-3 to 4-3. Worst choke in the history of baseball. Enough said.
