I have the same situation, picking 10 of 10 and considering taking Rollins. My situation is a little cloudier because I play in a H2H 7x7 with OBP and SLG, but then again Rollins, OBP and SLG are above average for SS.
In a 5x5 and especially roto I think it is really hard to pass him up at picks 10-12.

While we've likely seen his career year, there's no reason to think that Rollins 25-ish HR power was a fluke. He developed his power at age 27 and 28 (just as players are expected to) and hit 25 HRs and 30 HRs in back-to-back years. Last year he came back a little early to help his team win a WST and never really got totally healthy. He's had a full offseason to heal, looks healthy in the WBC and is still only 30. He's a solid 115/20/80/40/.275 hitter with upside in each category. I love him in the very early 2nd round, and can't argue with those that take him in the late first.
