another for santana - you can't debate kershaw's abilities, but santana is proven and kershaw will need more seasoning (he's still very young).

I'd keep Kershaw.
Ervin Santana's workload increase from 2007 to 2008 (75 more innings including playoffs) scares me a bit and his current arm issues magnify that. Yeah, he had an awesome season last year but beyond him not contributing for you while he's on the DL, arm issues can linger and there is no guarentee he'll be as sharp or throwing as hard coming back from the injury.
Kershaw is extremely young and seemingly has unlimited upside as a future ace. You'd have him locked up at a great value too. (I honestly think Ervin Santana's injury woes will scare off people enough in the draft that you may be able to get him back at a decent value later on in the draft if you wanted to stash him on your DL. You wouldn't have the opportunity to reclaim Kershaw at a comperable value to that in the draft.)

Yeah, Santana unless the injury is more serious than they're letting on.

Santana. Of the two, you have a better chance of getting Kershaw back in the draft.

I would go with Santana as well. He has great stuff and more importantly knows how to pitch. Even with the injury, Santana. And especially for the years after.
good luck
