An owner has retired, plus there is an expansion slot open (I.e, there are eight active owners now)

Auction is Sunday March 21st in North Dallas (Texas). Auction will start at 8:30am and usually is completed by 4pm.

Competitive but Friendly (Going as group to opening day on 4/11 to see Rangers -- have room for a new owner plus family/friends).
